Policies and Procedures​

Cancellations:Appointments are reserved specially for you. We understand that plans change, therefore we ask that you kindly give us 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. Otherwise it does result in a 50% cancellation fee of the service that was booked. Clean air: We take pride in being a green and sustainable business, free of harmful scents for a peaceful atmosphere. Please refrain from spraying scents like perfumes and body sprays before your visit with us. Gift cards: All gift cards purchased are non refundable. No change will be given from a gift including for gratuity. Gift cards are valid for 2 years from date of issue. Please use the whole value before expiry. After that, the card will be invalidated in our system. Payment:We accept all forms of credit cards, checks or cash. ATM is on site. Cash discount program: All our prices contain a built in cash discount for cash payments. You may also revive the discount with a check payment. All payments paid with credit card will include a non cash adjustment at cash out. There is also an ATM available in the waiting area. Refunds and Returns: Refunds on products and retail items will only be refunded if unopened, unused, or defective. No refunds on services. If unsatisfied with your service, please let us know within 72 hours and we will happily provide you additional services to make it right. Arrival: Please be on time for your appointment so we can start on time. We are all human, and we know sometimes we can get off schedule, but we do like to do our best to be timely. Allergies: A staff member should ask if you have any allergies, b​ut in the case that we don’t, please inform us of any allergies you may have. A patch test can be provided 24 hours prior to an appointment. Thank you.
